What's included?
You will receive a bag in your chosen colour with attachments to secure it securely to your prams seat/frame. You also have the option to add a small zipped pocket inside perfect for small change and keys etc.
Fitting your bag
You will receive instructions or a link to online instructions that will show you in clear detail how to attach the bag onto the pram. Do not attempt to attach the bag before watching these instructions to ensure that the bag is fitted correctly.
Care instructions
Wipe clean only with mild soap and water. Do not use any abrasive cloths or cleaning products on your bag as this may cause damage.

Items are shipped approx. 1-2 weeks from the date you order. Please be aware though at busier times there may be a longer wait. If the wait is going to be considerably longer you will be informed. All our items are sent 48hr tracked for UK orders and Tracked Delivery for international orders. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received your order or believe it may be lost please contact us and we will do our best to sort any issues ASAP for you. We accept returns within 14 days of recieving your order, please ensure items are returned unused in their original packaging where possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product please return within 7 working days of receiving the item unused and in it’s original packaging. We will refund you the price of the item and your original postage costs, however you must cover the returns postage unless the item is faulty in which case we will cover or refund the cost if we require you to return it to us.
If your item has not been received within 10 working days for UK customers or 30 working days for International customers please contact us and we will contact our postal provider, If item is confirmed as lost we will offer you the option of a replacement or refund. Please be aware we cannot proceed with either however until we have a reply from our postal provider incase items are located in the meantime. Items are shipped using a tracked service and can be tracked using the information we provide you on dispatch.

Refunds and Exchanges
We accept refunds and exchanges on all non personalised items. Please note if the item is not faulty you will have to pay postage fees to return the item back to us.
